Missing Ex-Con Found By Police In Dauphin Co.

Lori Alyan Dolinger was "located and is safe. We thank everyone for their efforts in assisting to look for her," the police said in a release late on Friday, May 19, 2023. No additional information was shared.

A 48-year-old woman with a lengthy criminal record across three Central Pennsylvania counties is being searched for by police in Swatara Township, according to a release on Tuesday, May 16, 2023. 

Lori Alyan Dolinger is missing from an unnamed location within the township, and details about her disappearance were not shared by the police. 

The police did say they are trying “to ensure her safety and well-being.” 

Dolinger has an extensive criminal record in Perry, Juanita, and Dauphin counties with charges from 2003 through 2012 including convictions for the following according to court documents: burglary (2012); trespass (2010); drug use, manufacturing, possession or delivery or with the intent to deliver (three times in 2003), endangering the welfare of children (2003), driving under the influence and DUI with blood alcohol content above the legal limit (2008), promise of prostitution-inmate in a house of prostitution or business (twice in 2006 and again in 2007).

She has also been held on charges in Mifflin, Lebanon, and Franklin counties during the same time period, court documents show.

In total, she was sentenced to serve five years of confinement but usually served an average of 30 days before being released. She was last released on parole in 2013, according to her latest court docket. 

Police are asking anyone who has seen Dolinger or has information on her whereabouts to call 911 or Swatara Township police at 717-564-2550.
